Walk-Story of Leeward CC’s Gardens

The Hawaiian Studies Program presents the first in a series of lāʻau lapaʻau (Hawaiian medicine) workshops.
Join instructor Puaoeleili Pinto and Associate Professor Alyssa Macdonald on a Walk-Story – A guided walk-story featuring the histories of Leeward CC’s gardens, the landscape of Puʻuloa, and Hawaiian plants’ cultural and medicinal uses.
Please bring:
  • comfortable clothes that can get dirty
  • sunscreen, hat, sunglasses
