The Pearl
Welcome to THE PEARL, Leeward's fine dining restaurant, located on the second floor of the campus center. With sweeping views of Pearl Harbor and Diamond Head, The Pearl offers elegant lunch service throughout the semester and selected special events.
The Spring 2012 opening of The Pearl is on Thursday, January 19 through Friday, April 27, 2012. Lunch service is open to the public on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.. The Pearl will be closed for lunch services on Feb. 29, March 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 14, March 28, 29, 30 for spring break, Apr. 6, and Apr. 13 for our Special Events class dinner with Chef Russell Siu. Additionally, reservations for The Pearl are already closed on Jan. 26 and Feb. 8.
Chef Instructor Ian Riseley and his “Contemporary Cuisines” class students will once again delight you with their culinary artistry and distinctive style. The Pearl will feature student menus on Feb. 22, 23, 24 and Apr. 11 and 12.
