We are pleased to announce the spring 2019 semester opening of THE PEARL restaurant on Thursday, January 17 through Friday, April 26st. Lunch service is on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Pearl will be closed for lunch service on February 27, 28, March 1, 6, 7, 8, 13 and March 20 – 22 for the spring break, April 5 for our Special Event dinner and April 19 for the Good Friday holiday.

Chef Instructor Chris Garnier and his “Contemporary Cuisines” class students will once again delight you with their culinary artistry and distinctive style. Menus for the semester can be found on the College’s website at or on The Pearl Facebook page. Student menus will be featured on February 20, 21, 22 and April 17, 18.
