We are pleased to announce the spring 2013 semester opening of THE PEARL restaurant on Thursday, January 17th through Friday, April 18th. Lunch service is on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Pearl will be closed for lunch service on January 25th, February 27th – March 14th and March 27th – 29th for the spring break. We are thrilled to feature an “Earth to Plate” dinner on April 19th featuring an “Earth-to-Plate” theme with Chef Eberhard “Hardy” Kintscher of Michel’s… please call 455-0298 for more information.
Chef Instructor Ian Riseley and his “Contemporary Cuisines” class students will once again delight you with their culinary artistry and distinctive style. Student menus will be featured on February 20th, 21st, and 22nd and April 17th and 18th.
