Student Support & Resource Navigation
We understand that every student’s circumstances are unique. Our team provides individualized, one-on-one support to help students identify their needs, navigate available resources, and develop a plan to overcome barriers to success.
The Basic Needs Office offers information, referrals, and connections to both on-campus and community resources, including assistance with food access, SNAP/Hawaiʻi Nutrition Employment & Training (HINET), emergency financial resources, housing support, and other basic needs services. When specialized assistance is needed, we will provide a warm referral to trusted campus and community partners to ensure students receive the support they need.
