In this masterclass, couples will prepare and plate a surf ’n’ turf with fresh pasta, then finish with a decadent chocolate cake and berry coulis—guided by our very own culinary pros. After cooking, sit down to enjoy your meal at The Pearl. Along the way, you’ll learn essential kitchen skills, from food safety and basic cooking techniques to pastry fundamentals and beautiful plating. The $270 registration fee covers two people.
