May 18 Deadline for Spring 2011 Grade Input

• Grades for all students enrolled in the Spring 2011 semester MUST be input by 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 18, 2011 through your MyUH account. After this deadline all grades and/or changes to grades input must be submitted to Admissions and Records on a properly completed and signed Incomplete and Grade Change Form.
• Students that appear on your grading roster but have never attended any class sessions are still officially enrolled and must be assigned a grade. For these individuals, leave the Last Attend Date column blank. However, if you are assigning a non-passing grade (F, N, NC, or I), please be sure to input the last date of attendance.
• Students that have W grades: Do not change the grade as the student has officially withdrawn from the course.
• After the grade input deadline, students without a grade assigned will have the ""placeholder grade"" of RD (Record Delayed) placed in their academic record. As the RD grade is not an official Leeward CC grade, instructors must submit a properly completed and signed Incomplete and Grade Change Form to assign an official grade. (Submitting a grade using your MyUH account will not change the grade in permanent academic databases.)
