The Admissions & Records Office provides official transcripts reflecting coursework and grades for all credit courses taken at the University of Hawaii, Leeward Community College. For courses taken at other UH campuses, transcript requests must be made at that UH campus.
Financial Obligations at any UH campus must be cleared before transcript request can be processed. Currently enrolled student can view their holds in the “View Holds on my Record” link in MyUH Services.
Processing and Transcript Fees
Standard Fee: $5.00 per copy, processed within five (5) business days of receipt of request and payment. Processing time does not include mail/delivery time.
Rush Fee: $15.00 per copy, processed within one to three (1-3) business days of receipt of request and payment. Processing time does not include mail/delivery time.
Ordering Transcript Options
In-Person: Come to the Admissions & Records Office to complete the Transcript Request Form. Payment is made at the Cashier’s Office by cash, money order, check, or debit/credit card.
By Mail: Complete the Transcript Request Form (pdf) and mail it to the Admissions and Records Office with payment by check, money order or credit card. Do not send cash. Mail or Fax* to:

Online: For an additional $2.25 processing fee, order your transcript online via the National Student Clearinghouse. Payment is made by debit/credit card. You must have a valid email address.
- All transcripts release directly to the student are stamped “Issued to Student” in a sealed envelope
- “Hold-For-Grades” transcripts are normally sent out within 2 weeks of semester grades being posted
- “Hold-For-Degree” transcripts are processed once degrees have been conferred, generally 6-8 weeks after the semester ends
