Construction Advisory Notice

· To: LCC Faculty, Staff, Students, and Administrators

· Subject: Elevator Closure – Phase I - Campus Center and AM Buildings

· Contractor: 57 Builders

· Scope of Work: Complete upgrade and modernization of all four elevators on the LCC-Pearl City campus. Phase I of this project impacts the elevators in the Campus Center and the AM buildings only. Contractor will perform all work necessary to bring elevators current with health, safety, and code requirements. This includes ADA compliance to the extent that is technically feasible.

· Duration of Project: Campus Center and AM building elevators will be closed for use beginning on Monday, September 28, 2009 and will not reopen for public use until Phase I project completion, estimated to be on or around December 31, 2009.
