Welcome Committee Goes Virtual, August 24-25
Mahalo for choosing Leeward this semester! Need a laptop? Need a student ID? Need to log on to your online classes? ASK US!
Things at our campus are a bit different due to the pandemic but we’re still here to answer any questions you may have during your first days in college. Our Welcome Committee, made up of over 30 faculty and staff volunteers, is providing two options for you to speak with a “live” person while maintaining current health and safety guidelines:
Welcome Station Kiosk
If you have in-person classes at our main campus in Pearl City, visit our Welcome Station Kiosk located in front of the Library. You’ll be able to speak with a volunteer at the campus via a monitor and live feed.
Virtual Welcome Station
Leeward Pearl City and Wai‘anae Moku students can receive online assistance through our Virtual Welcome Station: http://go.hawaii.edu/fx3. A volunteer will help answer questions pertaining to your specific campus.
The Welcome Station Kiosk and the Virtual Welcome Station will be available during the first two days of school:
- August 24, 2020 (Monday), 8am – 12:30pm
- August 25, 2020 (Tuesday), 8am – 12:30pm
We value all of our students and our goal is to see you succeed. Let’s stay safe and do this together! E welina mai!
