L'ulu on May 5
L’ulu 2018 honors COLIN NISHIDA, Beloved Chef, Restaurateur & Friend.
Indulge in the delectable cuisines of Hawai‘i’s finest chefs, complimented by an array of wines, beers, and spirits. Savor the exceptional entertainment while feasting on the great finds at our silent auction. L’ulu is the pivotal community event for Leeward’s Culinary Arts program and an annual opportunity to support Hawai‘i’s culinary students and leaders of Hawai‘i’s food sustainability initiatives.
Go “behind the scenes” with a sampling of informative sessions on topics like Chocolate, Coffee, Pickling, and Aquaponics. These mini-sessions are like an amuse-bouche, offering glimpses into culinary adventures! The chefs partner with island farmers, ranchers, food producers and fishermen as they continue to link agriculture with the restaurant industry and strive to provide diners with products that are fresh, local, and as diverse as our islands themselves.
Join us at this “not-to-be-missed” culinary event!
