Integrated Planning

It's that time of year again! Time to review our programs and activities as we proceed with our annual planning and budgeting process. See attached for the timeline and an overview of our process.

Those programs that are required to submit a UHCC Annual Report of Program Data (ARPD) should have received an email from Guy Nishimoto with documentation for how to proceed. Your data is already available online. If you don't remember getting an email, please contact Guy.

At Leeward, we use the ARPD as our core planning document, so we ask all instructional programs, educational units, and support areas to complete one. At least once every 4 years, all programs, unit, and areas are required to submit a Comprehensive Review and Evaluation (CRE). Since everyone has completed a CRE in the past two years, there are no CREs due this year. :-)

If your program, unit, or area is not required to submit the online ARPD, please use the template that will be emailed to you. OPPA can assist you with collecting your annual data.

I will be providing updates as we proceed through the planning process. We are also convening an Ad Hoc Planning Process Review Committee to review our policy and continue to improve our planning process.
