The event is presented by the Pasefika Passion Pipeline (3P), a partnership between UH Manoa's Office of Multicultural Student Services, the Office of the VP of Community Colleges, Leeward CC, Honolulu CC and area high schools. 3P aims to close the enrollment and completion gap for Pacific Island students who want to attend the excellent college education we offer at our campuses. Its mission is to lay the foundations within Pacific Islander communities in Hawai'i to seek higher education. This task is not limited to impacting either schools or Pacific Islander communities, but rather it requires a partnership between families and institutions.
With the involvement of families and the collaboration of schools and organizations, Pasefika Passion Pipeline looks forward to increasing the representation of Pacific Islander students in the University of Hawai'i community colleges and in the University of Hawai'i system as a whole.
