Facilities Use Home
In addition to normal class scheduling, Leeward Community
College makes available the majority of its facilities (i.e. theatre,
cafeteria, classrooms, outdoor courtyards, recreational facilities) to various college
constituencies and the community-at-large.
Rental fees are typically assessed to non-University of Hawai`i
affiliated groups.
- To reserve facilities, please complete one of the following forms:
- For UH/LCC-Affiliated Groups (PDF, fillable)
- For Non-UH/LCC Affiliated Groups (PDF, fillable)
- Facilities Use application forms should be submitted to the following:

Applications for facilities use should be received at least
two weeks prior to the date of intended use for review,
authorization and scheduling.
Rental of the Leeward Community College Theatre is
handled separately. For rental of the theatre, please contact the Theatre
